Building a base takes alot of money and with the npcs not giving you nearly as much as they used to anymore, Its really hard to keep building. Alot of the ryo goes to waste when you destroy something or it gets destroyed. I recommend implementing a half cost refund so when something of yours is destroyed or you destroy something. You can at least get some of the ryo back.
My suggestions.
Increase the NPC and mission gain of ryo by 50%. Refund 20% back on supplies spent on base.
or
Increase the NPC and mission gain of ryo by 25%. Refund 50% back on supplies spent on base.
Increase all items and supplies by 15%.
