Each village and org has a flag or banner. Other villages or orgs can steal a flag/banner to gain more influence. Influence will give training boost, higher chance of bijuu spawning in that village or near that org.
Npc automatically attack when banner is being taken. Banner steal takes 30 seconds to complete and the banner/flag is restored if the player is killed. The player capturing the banner has to safely return to their village or org with banner to complete the steal. An alert will come up instantly in infos tab when banner is being stolen.
After the banner is stolen, the villag or org it was stolen from will now display the banner of the village or org that stole theirs.
For a village or org to restore their banner, they have to steal the banner of the village or org that stole their banner initially.
