-You must wait atleast 3 reboots before declaring war again.
-If there is no Kage for your Village and you have the requirements, you become the Kage.
-If there is and Organization without Leader and you have the requirements, visit their base to become the Leader.
-Kages/Leaders lose their spot after being inactive for a week. Custom Orgs. don't count.
-Added a technique for Sharingan Copy. Hatake only.
-Fixed bugs.
