dogs should have AI instead of click homings,

Inuzukas will be able to fight more fairly and what not

also for those who want to learn kage bunshin anyone should learn it they should require a set amount of nin to automatically learn it for now

and for taijutsu lee users we should add in hira dora(after noon tiger) and night guy
